Aussie award-winning chef and author, Maria Benardis, will share with us the powerful healing benefits of food, tell us of her inspirational anecdotes from her life on the Greek Islands, and perhaps most importantly, tell her story of her extraordinary transformation.

Maria places an emphasis on food as medicine, and will outline the ancient Greek framework to health, harmony and happiness.  It is her goal through her company Greekalicious, as an Intuitive Health and Wellness Coach, to help people thrive and realize their limitless potential by equipping people with the know-how to maximize health and wellness.

At this book launch, Maria will speak about achieving better health by what you eat, how you cook and how you eat. The natural forces within us are the true healers of disease - a better connection with yourself by what you think and feel emotionally, and how you think and feel emotionally.
